UPDATE July 17 2026, 11:15am EST: We are in touch with our transactional email partner but they have yet to resolve the issue. In the meantime our tech team worked overnight to setup an alternative. If by 1pm EST the issue cannot be resolved, we will implement our alternative so emails can proceed. Please not the alternative will not allow for email reminders but all other email notifications such as dispatches, time changes etc will function. All SMS and Phone notifications are working as normal. Thank you again for your patience.
